I am delighted to be joining the team as Care Home Manager and look forward to getting to know our residents, their families, and our dedicated colleagues. My career in health and social care has spanned over 15 years, during which I have held leadership roles focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting teams to achieve the very best outcomes for those they care for.

Throughout my career, I have been passionate about creating environments where residents feel safe, valued, and able to live fulfilling lives. I believe that excellent care is built on strong relationships, compassionate leadership, and a culture where residents, families, and staff are listened to and respected. I have experience leading teams through service improvements, developing staff, and maintaining high standards of care, quality, and compliance.

In this role, I hope to bring a positive and collaborative approach, supporting colleagues to grow and succeed while ensuring residents remain at the heart of every decision we make. I am committed to fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels part of the home community and where families have confidence in the care their loved ones receive.
